Order Processing

Orders will only be processed upon receipt of payment.
Once an order has been accepted confirmation will be sent via email.

Delivery Information

Orders will be sent via express post. Registered post is available for additional cost of $2.50 per order. Express post orders will be delivered between 1 to 5 days. Registered post between 1 to 7 days.
We are not responsible for the loss or damage of any goods once in transit. If your order is not received within specified delivery times please contact us on info@chilli-innovations.com.au to have your order followed up.

Payment methods

Payment can be made online using the following credit cards - Visa or MasterCard, via PayPal.
Offline payment options available include direct bank deposit, money order or cheque.
All prices are in Australian Dollars inclusive of GST (except for Wholesale orders where GST must be added).

Returns and Refunds

All returns are to be within 14 days of delivery.
All items returned are to be unopened and to be fully intact. If item is returned in a condition that was not supplied by us we accept the right to refuse a refund.

Cancelled Orders

Orders may be cancelled for any reason, if the item has already been shipped to you no money will be refunded until the return of the item in its original packaging to us.
